The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) conducts the State Eligibility Test (SET) for the recruitment of Assistant Professors in universities and colleges in Madhya Pradesh. The MP SET exam is conducted once a year and candidates who qualify the exam are awarded eligibility for Assistant Professorship in various subjects.
The MP SET exam is conducted in two papers, Paper I and Paper II. Paper I is a common paper for all candidates and consists of questions related to teaching and research aptitude, while Paper II consists of questions related to the specific subject chosen by the candidate.
